This is the first road trip we did together here in South Africa. We started in the morning, stopped first in Hout Bay where we saw seals and market place. We also had breakfast there as we like to include lots of food to our days!
After Hout Bay we drove to Simon´s Town where we went to see penguins. You can see them without paying but if you pay 55 ZAR you can see more and little bit closer. The penguins were way more smaller than I though but those are the African ones, there are also big penguins. After Simon´s Town we drove to Muizenberg where we had Falafel for luch and took pictures with colorful beach houses. Why all the houses need to be colourful here? After that we lied on the beach and we saw whale!!!!!! Really far away tho but better than nothing! This roadtrip took us like 9 hours and we saw more than we expected! Next time I want to travel to Cape of Good Hope or Hermanus!
Meidän ensimmäinen yhteinen road trip tällä sakilla. Lähdettiin heti aamusta liikkeelle, pysähdyttiin jo kahdenkymmenen minuutin jälkeen Hout Bayn markkinoille missä nähtiin myös hylkeitä. Niitä täällä näkee kuulemma vähän joka satamassa. Nautiskeltiin tietenkin myös aamupalaa, onhan ruoka hyvin usein pääosassa meidän vapaapäiviä!
Hout Bayn jälkeen ajettiin Simon´s Tonwniin kattomaan pingviinejä. Niitä voi nähdä ja kuvata ihan maksamattakin mutta me maksettiin, että päästin vielä pikkasen lähemmäs ja nähtiin vielä pikkasen enemmän pingviinejä. Afrikan pingviiniit oli paljon pienempiä kun kuvittelin! Pingviinien jälkeen ajettiin Muizenbergiin akttomaan värikkäitä rantataloja. Miks kaikkien talojen pitää olla täällä värikkäitä? Sen jälkeen hengailtiin vähän rannalla ja satuttiin näkemään valas!!! Hyvin kaukaa mutta nähtiinpä kumminkin. Meidän matkaan meni joku 9 tuntia ja nähtiin enemmän ko oletettiin. Ens kerralla matkataan Hyväntoivonniemeen tai Hermanukseen, sitä ootellessa!
